Our gym is located within the Stanley Business Centre on Kelvin Way. The site is shared with other businesses, so we kindly ask all families to be respectful of our neighbours at all times.

To ensure smooth traffic flow and prioritise athlete safety during drop off and pick up times, we operate a one-way system. Please follow the directional arrows as indicated in the diagram and video when entering and exiting the premises.

Parking is available on site. We have 5 designated spaces which are for staff only, indicated by signage on the wall at the back of the bay. Other spaces belong to the other businesses on site and are occupied during business hours. Please do not block access to these during these times.Please reach out to staff if you require a parking space for an extended period of time.
