Sarah Parker
Lead Coach
Sarah began her gymnastics journey at just five years old. After several years of recreational training, she joined her club’s gymnastics squad at age nine, competing regularly and specialising in floor and vault.
In 2010, she attended the University of Hertfordshire, where she discovered her passion for cheerleading. Competing with the Hertfordshire Sirens, Sarah spent three years on the All-Girl Level 3 team as a base and two years in group stunt. During this time, she was recognised as both Tumbler of the Year and Base of the Year.
After graduating, Sarah joined the Surrey Starlets and proudly represented the team at the 2014 Cheerleading Worlds in Disney World, Florida. Following this incredible experience, she took a short break before returning to the mat with Sparks Allstars, competing in Coed Level 6 and earning her Levels 1–6 Cheerleading Coaching Qualifications.
In 2016, Sarah began coaching recreational and sports acrobatic gymnastics. She went on to achieve her British Gymnastics Acro Level 1 qualification, acro judging qualification and certifications in Pom and—slightly outside the cheer world—hair and beauty!
Sarah also works full time as a personal assistant and is a mum to two children. In 2022, she joined the Wildcats family, where she continues to share her love for the sport and couldn’t be happier!
